Privacy notice

Activ8 currently collects only information needed for the movement list and test commerce flow. This draft must be completed with the final legal seller, contact details, processors, retention periods, and data-subject procedures before public launch.

Data we use

Email, drop interest, consent timestamp, cart and checkout metadata, and minimal technical analytics after consent. Payment credentials remain with Stripe.

Why

To send requested launch updates, understand demand, operate checkout, prevent duplicate processing, and improve the customer experience.

Analytics

PostHog analytics load only after consent. Session replay is disabled by default. Essential cart storage stays on the device.

Your choices

Customers can decline analytics and unsubscribe from marketing. The final notice will provide a working data-contact channel.
