Preorder policy

This draft is not legal advice and must be reviewed against the final Malaysian seller, payment flow, and consumer-law obligations before public use.

Before payment

Each preorder page will state the product, size, color, total price, production threshold, order window, estimated dispatch window, cancellation terms, and what happens if the threshold is not met.

Production threshold

If a disclosed threshold is not met, Activ8 will cancel the production commitment and issue the applicable refund through the original payment method.

Changes and delays

Material product changes require customer notice and a meaningful cancellation option. Delays are communicated with a revised estimate and available remedies.

Returns

Final return, exchange, defect, and refund terms must be completed before public checkout and cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
